2008 Streamline Health User Group Call for Presentations

The Streamline Health User Group invites you to submit a proposal for presentation at the 2008 conference. The Conference Planning Committee is interested in seeing proposals on any topic that falls within the full spectrum of interest for our attendees.

PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

• All presentations should utilize Microsoft Office PowerPoint® software.
• One night’s hotel stay will be provided for each presenter.
• Individuals may submit more than one presentation proposal to better serve the full interests of participants.
• Multiple presenters, from different facilities, in a single session are encouraged to present as a panel in order to foster the exchange of ideas.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS AND DEADLINES

Please note the following requirements and deadlines for submission.

The following submission materials are due by April 30th, 2008.

1. Proposal Application
2. Abstract (maximum 30 words)
3. Speaker biography (maximum 30 words)
4. One page outline

To complete your application, please email the following files to:  User Group Coordinator.

1. Biography:    A 30-word typed biography for each presenter.

2. Presentation Outline:   A one-page typed outline of your presentation proposal. You may want to include the following: 3-5 learning objectives, history and background, importance of session, and your methodology and results.
