• One Central ERA Portal – We specialize in solutions eliminating paper EOB’s and providing a direct connection to all Payers. We remove all inconsistencies found in various 835 Payer file formats and present one consistent 835 file format regardless of payer through our online portal. This facilitates immediate posting to Patient Accounts. If you receive an 835 from one payer today, then you can now receive 835’s from ALL payers with minimal set-up.
• Automatic Reconciliation – Our solution re-associates all ERA’s to the appropriate payments (EFT/ACH). We remove the manual process of matching ERA’s to EFT’s. Just as important, we consolidate all Payer deposits into one single daily deposit avoiding costly bank metering fees.
• IOCR – Many Payers do not have the ability to transfer an 835. Rather than having our clients work half electronic (835) and half paper, we provide a conversion process that turns paper EOB's into true ANSI 835 files. These files are then uploaded into your billing management system just as any other 835 would be.
