<p>Reporting to the Support Services Manager, the Client Care Engineer serves as the escalation point (Tier 3) for all of Streamline Health’s (STRM) client support cases. The primary directive of the Client Care Engineer is internal and external client satisfaction. The individual works closely with the STRM support staff, technical staff, supervisors, and client application analysts, to provide successful and timely resolution of support cases.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p>
<p>The Client Care Engineer is responsible for the proper troubleshooting, escalation, defect acknowledgement and documentation of the escalated client cases. This individual maintains ownership of the assignments and is required to provide timely and high quality status updates to the support staff and client. The Client Care Engineer is required to follow the documented support processes and procedures and must demonstrate a commitment to client service in all situations.</p>
<p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p>

<li>Facilitates system design work sessions and documentation to determine best use of all applications.</li>
<li>Performs table building and system set up as needed by the client.</li>
<li>Provides documentation and assistance to clients in making custom workflow design decisions.</li>
<li>Provides support during User Acceptance Testing to insure system functions as designed.</li>
<li>Provides support during entire project implementation lifecycle.</li>
<li>Conducts post-implementation assessments.</li>
<li>Provides assistance to Support Services in resolving issues and answering questions for our clients.</li>
<li>Provides support to Product Management and Sales Team when needed.</li>

<p>The PFS Integration Consultant reports to the Manager of Integrated Product Solutions and is responsible for the ETL management of revenue cycle data from client extraction uploads, transforming using STRM and third party tools, and load into the STRM system to achieve maximum client satisfaction. The PFS Integration Consultant works with the project team to solve client business needs.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li>The PFS Integration Consultant works with the customer and STRM project team to document the solution. <strong> </strong></li>
<li>The PFS Integration Consultant analyzes the client extracted data, maps, and integrates the disparate data using proven ETL methodology.<strong></strong></li>
<li>Organizes, sorts, and filters data in o rder to distinguish patterns and recognize trends.<strong></strong></li>
<li>Validates that all functions perform according to the relevant specifications.<strong></strong></li>
<li>Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and issues.<strong></strong></li>
<li>Conducts moderately complex analyses and solves moderately complex issues.<strong></strong></li>
<li>The PFS Integration Consultant follows established team standards and templates to ensure consistency and suppotability of solutions, as a team.<strong></strong></li>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>

<li>Bachelor of Science Degree and/or 5 years of demonstrable ETL experience.</li>

<li>Ability to develop, debug, and maintain complex dataflows, transformations, and cleansing required to transform and load incoming data.</li>

<li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.</li>

<p>The Operational Consultant-PFS reports to the Manager of Operational Consultants. He/she is responsible for working closely with the client departments that will be impacted by the implementation of Streamline Health PFS solutions, during all stages of the implementation.</p>
<p> <strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p>
<ol>
<li>Determines each department’s functional requirements by conducting interviews with key personnel, observing and collecting information about the use of current systems, and reviewing current policies/procedures.</li>
<li>Provides product expertise on the Streamline Health  applications.</li>
<li>Performs client training.</li>
<li>Facilitates system design work sessions and documentation to determine best use of all applications.</li>
<li>Performs table building and system set up as needed by the client.</li>
<li>Provides documentation and assistance to clients in making custom workflow design decisions.</li>
<li>Provides support during User Acceptance Testing to insure system functions as designed.</li>
<li>Provides support during entire project implementation lifecycle.</li>
<li>Conducts post-implementation assessments.</li>
<li>Provides assistance to Support Services in resolving issues and answering questions for our clients.</li>
<li>Provides support to Product Management and Sales Team when needed.</li>
<li>Support of all Streamline policies, processes and procedures, including, but not limited to:
<ol>
<li>Time reporting (both project and administrative hours)</li>
</ol>
</li>
</ol>
<p> <strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>

<li>Two years minimum experience in a hospital PFS (Patient Financial Services) department or healthcare consulting with significant PFS expertise.</li>
<li>In depth knowledge of all PFS processes, both from an acute care as well as clinic setting.</li>
<li>Strong work ethic. Demonstrates a commitment to quality and excellence for the customer and the company.</li>
<li>Professionalism in all aspects of the position. Demonstrates a clear and consistent dedication to improving and promoting process and positive working relationships, both internal and external to immediate work group.</li>

<li>Ability to work independently, both effectively and efficiently.</li>

<p>Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, the Senior Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for the test cycle portion of the Software Development life cycle, including: requirements reviews, test case creation/execution, installation processes, defects, and beta support.   This individual is also responsible for ensuring the product in test follows standard processes and procedures and is top quality at the point of release to a client.</p>
<p> <strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p>
<p>The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst is expected to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Review requirements, participate in requirement reviews and work with Product/Project Managers to finalize realistic and beneficial requirements</li>
<li>Write Test Plans and Test Summaries for assigned projects</li>
<li>Create/Execute test cases that fully verify all contents of the requirements</li>
<li>Write defects for issues with complete re-create steps</li>
<li>Monitor the defect repository for assigned projects, to verify defects are being investigated and worked</li>
<li>Install project builds in the QA environment and maintain the environment</li>
<li>Support/Troubleshoot beta issues</li>
<li>Assist Support and Implementation with questions and issues</li>
<li>Attend status meetings</li>
<li>Write, Execute, and Maintain Automation scripts and Automation environments (where applicable)<strong></strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong> </strong><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor degree</li>
<li>3+ years in a disciplined QA role, able to demonstrate a solid knowledge of common SDLC and QA processes and procedures</li>
<li>3+ years experience in testing n-tiered applications,  including the management of the test environments and deployment of builds into the lab</li>
<li>1+ years working in an agile software development environment</li>
<li>1+ years experience with SQL queries</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Behavior-Driven Development or Test Driven Development</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, both written and oral</li>
<li>An attitude of positive determination, teamwork and accountability</li>
<li>Ability to plan and coordinate test efforts on a project level</li>
<li>Ability to determine the source of defects through advanced troubleshooting</li>
<li>Creativity in seeking solutions to challenging problems</li>
<li>Experience with the following software:
<ul>
<li>MS Windows (XP, Vista, Windows 7, 2003 Server, 2008 server)</li>
<li>MS Office Suite</li>
<li>Database, preferably Oracle</li>
<li>MS Project and Visio a plus</li>
<li>HP Quality Center a plus</li>
<li>HP QTP or Test Complete or other Automated Testing Tool Preferred</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Healthcare experience (has worked in a hospital or for a vendor that delivered products/services to hospitals) is a plus</li>
<li>Willingness to travel up to 10% of time</li>
<li>Ability to sit for long periods of time at a desk reading computer screens</li>

<p>The Software Engineer (SE) reports to the Manager, Software Development and is part of a small, Agile software development team designing and writing C# programs as well as unit testing and conducting peer reviews. The SE is responsible for technical documentation, trouble-shooting, debugging and training other employees on how to install, support and maintain software solutions developed by the team.</p>
<p> <strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p>
<ul>
<li>Review requirements, participate in requirement reviews and work with Product/Project Managers to finalize realistic and beneficial requirements.</li>
<li>Analyze requirements and estimate level of effort to program and unit test assigned projects.</li>
<li>Write technical designs and programs for assigned projects.</li>
<li>Create/Execute unit test cases that fully exercise all code programmed.</li>
<li>Monitor the defect repository for assigned projects, to verify defects are being investigated and worked.</li>
<li>Accurately document and comment technical designs and programs produced.</li>
<li>Support/Troubleshoot issues escalated from Support Desk and Beta test environments.</li>
<li>Assist Support and Implementations with questions and issues.</li>
<li>Attend status meetings.</li>
</ul>
<p> <strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work related experience.</li>
<li>4+ year(s) of software development experience, with at least 2 years of C# .Net experience.</li>
<li>Understanding of the software development life cycle, including Agile software development and test-driven development.</li>
<li>Strong understanding and experience with Object Oriented development.</li>
<li>Experience with Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), Windows workflow Foundation (WF), and Windows Forms.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of version control.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to perform with minimal supervision.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and communication skills, with a proven capacity to learn new skills.</li>
<li>Experience with Visual Studio 2008 or 2010.</li>
<li>Comfortable with setup and configuration of complex software environments.</li>
