Robert E. Watson was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer in 2011. Mr. Watson has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare information technology industry as a CEO, board member and advisor to multiple companies.
Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Watson was President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of DocuSys, Inc., a leading provider of anesthesia information systems that was acquired by Merge Healthcare Inc. in March 2010. Immediately prior to joining the Company Mr. Watson was engaged as a consultant to several venture capital firms and growth stage healthcare companies.
Prior to joining DocuSys, he was Executive Vice President of Business Development of Concuity, a healthcare division of Trintech, Plc. Before that position, he was President and Chief Executive Officer and a director at Concuity Inc, which was acquired by Trintech, Plc. in December 2006.
Prior to joining Concuity in 2001, Watson was acting Chief Executive Officer of HealthTrac Corporation, Vice President and General Manager at Cerner Corporation while serving as the Chief Executive Officer of its IQHealth business unit and has been the founder or senior executive of several successful healthcare organizations throughout his career. Mr. Watson was a director of Satori Labs, Inc. which was sold to Quality Systems, Inc. in 2011.
Nicholas Meeks joined the company as Vice President of Financial Planning in 2012 and was promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in 2013. Mr. Meeks has financial executive experience in areas including mergers and acquisitions, budgeting, forecasting, and equity and debt capital financing transactions.
Most recently Mr. Meeks served as Vice President of Financial Planning leading the Company’s efforts in the M&A department. He led the Company’s due diligence, financial analysis, planning and forecasting on the acquisition of Meta Health Solutions in 2012.
Mr. Meeks previously worked at Chamberlin Edmonds, which was acquired by Emdeon Inc., where he went on to lead the finance function for the Provider Payment Integrity operating unit.
He holds a Masters of Business Administration from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a Bachelors degree from Emory University.
Richard Nelli joined Streamline Health in 2013. Richard is an accomplished healthcare technology and product management executive.
Richard has launched over 50 healthcare product and service offerings over his career, many of which are the recognized leaders in the United States, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
Richard served as the Chief Technology Officer at CareMedic Systems and led the Product Management and Information Technology areas of one of the leading US healthcare revenue cycle organizations. He led CareMedic through the successful acquisition by United Health Group in 2010.
Also serving as Vice President of Product Management at Quovadx, he guided the company’s Cloverleaf Integration strategies, which led to the successful acquisition by Battery Ventures in 2007. Richard is a visible industry thought leader, and highly sought after public speaker.
He currently serves as an advisor to the US Healthcare Efficiency Index, and is active in such healthcare industry organizations as Cooperative Exchange, WEDI, HFMA, AHIMA, and HIMSS. Richard holds a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems with a minor in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Mississippi.
Matt S. Seefeld joined Streamline Health in 2011 with the acquisition of Interpoint Partners, LLC. He brings over 12 years of management consulting experience in the healthcare industry to the company.
Matt’s career focus has been the design and deployment of technology solutions directed at gross revenue, net income, and balance sheet improvement for hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers, and physician group practices nationwide.
He brings extensive expertise in the assessment, design, and implementation of process improvement programs across the entire revenue cycle, including clinical operations and capacity management.
Mr. Seefeld began his career with Stockamp & Associates, Inc. and worked for both PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and Deloitte Consulting LLP in their Healthcare and Life Sciences practice lines prior to co-founding Interpoint Partners, LLC.
Carolyn Zelnio joined the Company in 2013 and is responsible for overseeing the accounting functions and management of the treasury. She leverages over 20 years of financial management, organizational strategy, mergers and acquisitions, operational change and public company compliance.
Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Zelnio held CFO and other executive roles at Aderant, a legal software company, Purewire, a software-as-a-service web security services provider (acquired by Barracuda Networks), EnterConnect, and Witness Systems, a leading provider of workforce optimization software (acquired by Verint). In her various capacities, Ms. Zelnio has accomplished successful company acquisitions, grown a pre-IPO company from start-up to $225 million in revenues, expanded offices internationally, established banking, financing and world-wide tax strategies, implemented treasury and cash management initiatives, and implemented processes and controls required for SEC and SOX compliance and reporting.
Carolyn Zelnio also worked with KPMG as a Senior Manager and specialized in the audits of multi-national public companies.
Ms. Zelnio is an active CPA and received her Bachelor of Accounting from Florida International University.
Jack Kennedy was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Counsel in 2013. Mr. Kennedy has extensive experience in software and other intellectual property licensing, mergers and acquisitions, securities, and corporate governance.
Immediately prior to joining the company, he was Vice President and Corporate Counsel for PRGX Global, Inc., a multinational provider of recovery audit, consulting and software services. Prior to his time at PRGX Global, Kennedy served as in-house counsel for Stiefel Laboratories, Inc., a specialty pharmaceutical company acquired by GlaxoSmithKline plc, and he practiced at the law firms of Troutman Sanders LLP in Atlanta, Georgia and Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP in Houston, Texas.
Kennedy received a J.D. from Tulane University School of Law and both a B.A. and B.S. from Mercer University and has been admitted to the state bars of Texas and Georgia.
Lois Rickard joined Streamline Health as Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer in 2014. Ms. Rickard has over 28 years of experience in leading Human Resources (HR) teams in various other industries including telecommunications and banking.
Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Rickard was the Chief Talent Officer at Press Ganey Associates. She managed the HR organization, successfully transitioning human resources into a strategic partnership with the business, integrating the human resource aspects of previous acquisitions. She was a strategic member of the executive team, focusing on merger and acquisition (M&A) due diligence and integration as well as the growth and development of the organization.
Prior to Press Ganey, Ms. Rickard was with WebMD for 13 years, where she managed a team of 20 employees in addition to spearheading human resource efforts for 26 acquisitions throughout her tenure. She was instrumental in innovating and implementing new practices and offerings for WebMD's online business after working with the executive team to take the online division public in 2005.
Ms. Rickard has a bachelor’s degree from Albion College and a master’s degree from the University of Michigan.
