I’m pleased to announce that on December 8, 2011 Streamline Health completed its acquisition of the assets and business of Interpoint Partners, LLC. The companies will now operate under the corporate name Streamline Health Solutions, Inc.
This is a key strategic acquisition for our company, as it further extends Streamline Health’s capabilities in the business intelligence and revenue cycle area. Our new solutions are designed to help hospitals, employed physicians, and large physician practices optimize their business intelligence and revenue cycle performance management by accelerating cash flow, improving accounts receivable levels, and increasing patient and employee satisfaction.
