Streamline Health® Announces New Hosted Customer to Implement Enterprise Document Management Solutions

Streamline Health’s Integrated Document Workflow Solutions and Remote Hosting Services to Improve the Efficiency of Health Information Management for Northeast Hospital Center

Cincinnati, Ohio April 16, 2007 — Streamline Health Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ Capital Market: STRM), one of the leading providers of enterprise document workflow solutions, today announced that a new client from a hospital center in the northeastern region of the United States will implement Streamline Health’s enterprise document workflow solutions, integrated with the hospital’s current clinical information systems from Streamline Health’s major distribution partner. Additionally, this new customer will utilize Streamline Health’s remote hosting center located in Cincinnati, Ohio, to facilitate the implementation and ongoing management of these workflow solutions for improving the efficiency of key Health Information Management processes.

The new client is one of the largest voluntary, not-for-profit health care systems in the Northeast, with two major hospital divisions. Streamline Health’s remotely hosted solutions will provide a comprehensive repository of historical health information and workflow management tools to alleviate the bottlenecks of accessing and processing the document-based portion of their medical records. The implementation will improve performance levels in handling patients’ complete health information.

The hospital center will use Streamline Health’s solutions to support its growth, improve the timeliness of information flow by alleviating process friction points, and ensure the delivery of excellent patient care throughout its community.

The Streamline Health solutions include the following remotely hosted subscription services:

• AccessANYware™ - HIM: Provides enterprise access to a patient’s medical records to better coordinate patient care.

• Completion Workflow: Expedites the completion of the medical record, including online review and electronic signature by physicians.

• Coding Workflow™: Improves coding turnaround time by prioritizing and pushing work tasks to staff coders on campus or in remote locations, including home-based employees.

• Release of Information Workflow™: Facilitates efficient compliance with requests for patient information from third party requestors.

• Document Capture Solutions: Delivers high speed production scanning and indexing as well as departmental document capture and management.

“These solutions will enhance efficiency, improve business performance, and enrich the quality of care while generating a real return on investment,” according to Brian Patsy, president and CEO of Streamline Health. “Our new client and its patients will benefit from this integrated approach to linking transactional and document-centric healthcare processes. We are very excited about implementing our first remote hosted client through our largest distribution partner.”
