Albert Einstein Healthcare Network advances health information workflow
to improve the patient care experience

Cincinnati, Ohio March 27, 2007— Streamline Health Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ Capital Market: STRM), a leading provider of integrated document workflow solutions, today announced that Albert Einstein Healthcare Network is in the process of expanding its document workflow solutions from Streamline Health across their enterprise to include the implementation of the Health Information Management (HIM) Suite. Through these solutions, Albert Einstein Healthcare Network expects improvements in operational efficiencies that will heighten the quality of patient care and safety, as well as provide easier access to patient information throughout the enterprise.

Albert Einstein Healthcare Network, based in the greater Philadelphia region, is a not-for-profit healthcare organization with six major facilities and several outpatient centers, providing healthcare programs and services that range from community health education and preventive medicine, to complex and specialized care requiring advanced technology and highly expert staff. A Streamline Health customer since 1995, Albert Einstein has more than 3 million patient charts securely managed and available online. This healthcare network has been dedicated to implementing advancements in technology to enable them to provide better patient care, improve safety and work more efficiently.

In line with their vision, Albert Einstein continues to invest in Streamline Health’s document workflow solutions, by expanding the Health Information Management (HIM) Suite. The various workflow modules will enable their organization to manage the integration and flow of electronic documents and data; facilitate clinician access to full patient records; and ultimately lead to more accurate and informed healthcare decisions. “Our goal is to offer exceptional healthcare to our community enabled by the right technology, such as Streamline Health’s document workflow solutions,” commented Ken Levitan, chief information officer, at Albert Einstein Healthcare Network. “Through the expansion of Streamline Health’s document management solutions, we expect to see our users become more productive and efficient, supporting our high level of patient service and care.”

Albert Einstein Healthcare Network will implement the following Streamline Health document management workflow solutions across their enterprise:

Health Information Management (HIM) Suite

AccessANYware™: Provides enterprise access to a patient’s medical and financial records to coordinate better patient care.

Completion Workflow: Expedites the completion of the medical record, including secure remote reviewing and electronic signature by physicians.

Coding Workflow: Improves coding turnaround time by prioritizing and pushing work tasks to staff coders on campus or in remote locations, including home-based employees.

Streamline Health’s solutions accelerate enterprise access to timely and relevant information for the Albert Einstein Healthcare Network, thus transforming their processes by improving the flow of information. “Streamline Health’s strategy has been to develop document workflow solutions specifically for healthcare organizations by incorporating how health information is used throughout their enterprise,” commented Brian Patsy, chief executive officer at Streamline Health. “The use of our advanced workflow technologies provides the Albert Einstein Healthcare Network significant advantages by creating a seamless care environment that leverages hybrid medical records consisting of documents and electronic data and enables them to better serve their entire community.”
