Streamline Health Solutions Selects BDO Seidman as New Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm

Cincinnati, Ohio, January 8, 2008 --- Streamline Health Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ Capital Market: STRM), a leading provider of integrated document management and workflow solutions, announced today that it has engaged BDO Seidman, LLP as the Company’s Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm, effective immediately, for the fiscal year ending January 31, 2008.

As previously disclosed in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing, the Company’s previous Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm resigned effective November 13, 2007. Such resignation was not the result of any disagreement between Streamline Health Solutions, Inc. and its previous auditors on any matter of accounting principles, practices or financial statement disclosure.
